A Swiss cryptocurrency investor linked to the Soho kidnapping case involving digital assets is expected to turn himself in to New York authorities. The suspect, reportedly a co-founder of a Swiss trading firm, is connected to Joel Woeltz, who is already in custody for allegedly abducting and torturing a 28-year-old Italian crypto investor.

Conflicting reports suggest the second suspect may already be in police custody. NBC New York indicated he WOULD surrender within a week, while FOX5 reported he might have been arrested already. The victim, Michael Valentino Teofrasto Carturan, was allegedly held for 17 days after arriving in New York to meet business partners on May 6.
